Dashboard → Multi-images to Video loads models from the catalog; today only Seedance 2.0 is supported for this workflow.

Inputs

What do you submit?

Multi-images to Video is reference-still driven. Images are sent as image_urls without frame roles—you explain each image’s purpose in the prompt.

Reference images (required): 1–9 stills. UI: “Submitted to the API as image_urls (not frame roles).” Upload order maps to “image 1”, “image 2”, etc. in your prompt.
Reference audio (optional): up to 3 clips, combined ≤15 seconds—for rhythm or mood hints.
Prompt (required): up to 4,000 characters (~500 recommended). Must name how each reference still should be used.
Output settings: duration, aspect ratio, quality, sound, optional public gallery.
No reference video uploads on this tool. No first-frame / last-frame slots.
At least one valid reference image is required before Generate succeeds.

Split character vs outfit refs

Optional audio pacing

When you add reference audio, describe alignment: “Motion pulses to match reference audio rhythm; shape from image 1; palette from image 2.” Keep motion simple when many stills are attached.

Is Multi-images to Video the same as Image to Video?

No. Multi-images to Video accepts 1–9 reference stills as image_urls—you name each image’s role in the prompt. Image to Video uses a required first frame and optional last frame with fixed first frame/last frame roles in dedicated slots.

How many reference images can I upload?

1–9 still images. At least one is required before Generate succeeds.

Do I need to describe which image is which?

Yes. The UI does not assign semantic roles to uploads. Use “image 1”, “image 2”, etc. in your prompt to match upload order in the reference grid.

Can I upload reference video clips here?

No. Reference video clips belong in Video to Video. This tool requires still images only.

Which model is supported?

Seedance 2.0 only on this tool today.

Can I add audio references?

Yes—optional, up to 3 audio clips with combined length ≤15 seconds.

How long can my prompt be?

Up to 4,000 characters; around 500 is enough for most shots.
