Generally allowed uses
Typical permitted activities include:
- Marketing and advertising creatives you have rights to produce
- Product visualization and e-commerce assets
- Entertainment and artistic projects that comply with law and our Content Policy
- Internal prototypes and pitch materials
Prohibited uses (summary)
Do not use the service to:
- Break applicable laws or infringe others’ intellectual property
- Generate harassment, hate, or exploitation content
- Attempt to bypass safety systems or probe infrastructure
- Resell raw platform access in ways that violate the Terms of Service
- Upload malware or abuse upload endpoints
Enforcement and billing
Violations may lead to content removal, failed tasks, or account suspension. Suspensions related to abuse are generally not refundable—see our Refund Policy.
