You are responsible for references you upload—images, video clips, and audio must respect copyright, privacy, and our Content Policy.
Tool-specific validators may reject files before a task starts, saving credits.
No real people in reference video
Video to Video displays explicit help text: do not use footage that contains real people.
Use animated, synthetic, or licensed stock without recognizable individuals. This reduces legal risk and model failures.
Generated outputs
You must use outputs lawfully. Public gallery opt-in (where available) should never include client confidential assets unless you have permission.
