Where to find history
Sign in and open Dashboard → Billing. The Billing history table lists financial and credit events in one timeline.
Understanding the table
Columns you will see:
- Date — when the event occurred
- Type — such as Credit pack, Subscription renewal, or Plan upgrade
- Description — human-readable summary
- You received — credits added or other entitlement
- Amount — charge in USD where applicable
- Status — Paid, Pending, Refunded, Voided, etc.
Credits balance section
Above the table, Credits balance explains that credits come from plan renewals and top-ups, and are spent when you run image or video tools.
Cross-check unexpected balance changes against generation dates on Dashboard home usage charts.

For duplicate charges or missing credits after payment, email support@easyaigenerated.com with your account email and order date from this table.
