Canceling your subscription
You may cancel auto-renew at any time from Billing or the payment portal flow linked there.
Cancellation stops future charges. Access and remaining credits typically continue until the end of the current billing period shown as Subscription ends (end of day).
Canceling does not automatically refund previous charges.
When we may issue refunds
Our Refund Policy may provide discretionary refunds for cases such as:
- Duplicate charges
- Accidental multiple purchases
- Extended outages that prevent access
- Billing errors caused by our systems
What is generally not refundable
To reduce disputes and set fair expectations, we generally do not refund:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Unused credits on your balance
- Failure to cancel before a renewal you did not want
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated style or quality
- Account suspension for policy violations
AI outputs are probabilistic
Models produce varied results. Use smaller test generations, read tool guides, and iterate prompts before large credit spends.

Contact us before chargebacks
Email support@easyaigenerated.com first. Chargebacks can pause account access while disputes are investigated.
