When to buy a pack
Credit packs are ideal when you have a spike in production—a launch week, client deadline, or experiment session—without upgrading your recurring plan.
Packs stack with subscription credits on the same balance.
How to purchase
Open Pricing and scroll to “Need extra credits right now?” (anchor #credit-packs).
Each pack card shows how many credits you receive. Click Buy {N} credits to start checkout.
After payment, credits appear on your balance and in Billing history as a Credit pack order.
Refunds and packs
Pricing FAQ notes that only certain add-on refunds can remove unused credits. Read our Refund Policy before disputing a pack charge.
If you accidentally buy twice, contact support with both order timestamps—duplicate charges are a common discretionary refund case.
