What to include (copy this checklist)
Paste these fields into your email:
- Account email
- Tool name (e.g., Multi-images to Video)
- Model (Nano Banana 2, GPT Image 2, VEO 3.1, Seedance 2.0)
- Approximate date/time (with timezone)
- Screenshot of any error message
- Whether credits were charged and if the task shows Failed or Succeeded
- For billing: order date and amount from Dashboard → Billing
