Task statuses
After you click Generate, tasks typically move through:
- Queued — accepted and waiting for a worker
- Running — provider is generating
- Succeeded — output ready in the tool and Creations
- Failed — no usable output; read the error message shown in the UI
If a job looks stuck
Video jobs can take several minutes depending on duration and provider load. Wait until the UI times out or updates.
Refresh the tool history panel or open Creations before submitting a duplicate—duplicate submits spend more credits.
- Check Dashboard → Billing for credit ledger entries
- Note the approximate start time and tool name for support
Credits after failure
When a task fails due to platform or provider errors, credits may be refunded to your balance via ledger entries (such as task failure refunds).
Subjective quality issues are not failures—adjust prompts or models instead of expecting automatic refunds.
Smart retry checklist
Before retrying, change one variable:
- Shorten video duration or lower resolution
- Remove optional audio or extra reference clips
- Simplify the prompt to one subject and one action
- Verify uploads meet size and dimension rules
