Image upload errors
Image to Image and frame uploads:
- Image to Image: max 8 references; 12 MB each (10 MB for GPT Image 2)
- GPT Image 2: only JPEG, PNG, or WebP
- At least one reference required for Image to Image
- Frame slots (Image to Video): JPEG, PNG, or WebP; UI shows 10 MB max per frame
Video and audio errors
Video to Video reference clips:
- 1–3 clips, combined ≤ 15 seconds
- Height between 480 and 720 pixels per clip
- No real people in reference footage
- Per-file upload may be up to 500 MB—still prefer short, compressed clips
Multi-images to Video
Requires 1–9 images. Optional audio: max 3 files, ≤ 15 seconds total.
If validation fails, remove extra clips or resize images before retrying.
Browser tips
Use a current Chromium, Firefox, or Safari browser. Disable aggressive ad blockers on the dashboard if uploads stall at 0%.
Rename files to simple ASCII names if your OS uses unusual characters.
